All of our watches are 100% genuine with serial numbers. We buy our watches through authorized dealers and distributors within the watch industry and we work hard to buy them at the lowest possible cost. The result: you get brand-name merchandise at exceptional prices!

All watches are brand-new with original box and papers, unless otherwise noted. Selling a counterfeit watch as the genuine article is a violation of federal law. We do not sell refurbished watches or manufacturers rejects. We will never sell a timepiece knowing that it may be defective.

What can be returned?

All timepieces purchased from TheWatchery.com may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling (minimum $9.95) within 30 days from the date of delivery. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.

All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working order before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized we cannot accept a return. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We cannot accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.

Warranty

Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for two years from the date of purchase and excludes watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.

Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working order before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized we can only repair the watch if needed and send it back to you. However, we cannot accept it as a return for a refund.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty is valid only at TheWatchery.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than TheWatchery.com will void this warranty. TheWatchery.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
