Your orders will be via UPS ground mail and it will take 5-8 business days (Excluding Holidays) to be received unless you select otherwise for express mail. We at Pink Ice want you to have a comfortable time shopping with us online so if you for any reason believe the merchandise you received was not right for you we will gladly accept it back, as long as it follows our Return and Exchange policy. Please remember that our Return and Exchange Policy described below apply only to online purchases made through www.pinkice.com.

Hats, tube tops, cosmetics, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, intimates and items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale Items" are FINAL SALE and therefor cannot be returned for exchange, pink point credits or refunds.

All returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with price tags intact and it must include the original invoice in order to receive a refund, pink point credits or exchange.

Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged for returns, exchanges, or pink point credits or will not be accepted.

All returns past 30 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE.

What are Pink Points?

Pink points can ONLY be used on our Online Store. You'll receive 5% Pink points for every purchase that you make online. The 5% Pink points will be added to your account 30 days after the shipped date. Pink points expire after 1 year if they are not used. Pink points are used to make purchases on our website and cannot be redeemed for cash. You can accumulate your Pink points and spend all of it at once or save your Pink points and use portions of it at a time. (Example: If you spend $100.00 then you'll receive $5.00 Pink points credit in your account).

Pink points are calculated by the subtotal of your purchases, excluding tax and shipping charges.

You must sign up and become a free member to receive pink points as well as ice points.

What are Ice Points?

Ice points are earned by introducing your friends, family and neighbors to our website, (except Volume Buyers). When you get someone to register at PinkIcestore.com using your user ID you will receive 5% commission every time that person shops with us. There is no limit to how many friends, family and neighbors you can register.

(Example: Tina introduces Elena to shop at our website then Elena registers under Tina's user ID. Every time Elena shops at Pink Ice online Tina will earn 5% Ice Points on purchases that Elena makes).
