3. After receiving your information, we will verify the product is identical (same product, style, size and color) and calculate the discount. We will credit your account and send you an email with the exact amount of the applied credit.
The Rules:
The item must be new and the exact style, color and size as the item purchased from IslandSurf. Item must be on an official retail website, not an auction, club, blog or member site. The price must be a single item list price. We do not honor prices after coupons, rebates, discounts or bulk markdowns. Shipping charges and taxes (if any) applied to that product from the competing site will be included when calculating the price difference. Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase. IslandSurf will not honor typo or list pricing errors. We reserve the right to contact the listing site to confirm the list price is correct. This policy is subject to change without notice. Sale Price Policy/Product Availability:
If you have purchased an item and it goes on sale after you have placed your purchase you may be able to get a refund for the price difference under certain circumstances. If the item goes on sale within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us and we will refund the price difference. If the item goes on sale more than 5 days after you placed your order you will not be eligible to receive a credit for the price difference. At IslandSurf.com, we always try to save you money by having sales and specials. In many cases, we have a limited inventory of items that we put on sale. Therefore, please be aware that there is a slight chance that the sale item that you purchase may be out of stock and sold out by the time your order is processed and shipped. A SPEEDY EXCHANGE is a two part process by which you place an additional new order at IslandSurf.com for the new item(s) you would like and receive a full refund on your returned items (if they are in unused, re-sellable condition) plus credit for any ground shipping charges on your new order. Advantages of SPEEDY EXCHANGE: Normally there is a mail delay in IslandSurf receiving your returned item(s) and exchanging them for a new item(s). Because of this delay, items that are in stock today on our website might not be available when we receive your exchange request. The best way to insure you get the item you want is to follow the SPEEDY EXCHANGE process. Place a new order online and insert that order number on step two of the Speedy Return Form. You'll get your new item 10-14 days sooner than if you do a traditional exchange. In addition, you'll receive a credit for your returned items and a credit for ground shipping charges on your new order.
If you do not want to place a new order for a Speedy Exchange, you can always place a BASIC EXCHANGE. A Basic Exchange is a "traditional" exchange where you send the item(s) back and the exchange form to us, wait for us to receive and process it, then we ship out your new requested item(s). We ask that you pay for the return shipping of the item but we will pay for the new item to be shipped to you. You can send the item back using our return shipping label (for a $5.95 charge) or you may send the item(s) back by any other carrier that offers insurance and tracking.
