Whew! Today is the end of a very long week for us. Last weekend we went camping for three days then this week was Spring Break for my dks. Thursday was my dd's 11th birthday, Friday my parents arrived from Florida accompanied by their two house dogs. Friday evening the water main in our front yard broke so we had house guests and no water. Dh and I were out in the yard in the bone-chilling cold until 9pm trying to get a temporary fix on the main (it's on our house side of the meter) so that we could survive until we can replace the entire line from the meter to the house next weekend. Yesterday was ds's 7th birthday and a family party with a house full of people that lasted from 6pm-11:30pm last night to celebrate birthdays for my dd, ds, and my brother (his birthday will be on Tuesday) and then Easter this morning. I am exhausted and actually looking forward to getting back to work tomorrow so I can have some down time. LOL At least my house isn't in too bad of shape since my Mom helped me get things back in order after the party last night. After I run the vacuum and mop the kitchen I think I might light a fire in the fireplace, get a cozy blanket and snuggle down on the couch with a book for the rest of the afternoon.

Did you actually get to read your book? If it were me I probably would have passed out exhausted,lol!
