My DH turns 40 in three months. I'm sending out an e-mail and letter to his friends and family to have them send him letters, cards, favorite pictures, stories, etc. My DKs and I are going to put them in a scrapbook to give him on the big day.

I need help on the wording to start the letter. Instead of Lordy, Lordy look who's turning 40...does anyone have any other ideas? I'm at a mental block for creative ideas right now.

Do you have a picture of him as a kid in a sports uniform? If so

Once he was sporty
But now he's just 40

Can you help us remember ALL those years with your photos and memories?
We'll put them into a scrap book for his big day.
