Check this out, they have fashionable bracelets that kids might acutally wear!

Those are cute, but I prefer authentic Medic Alert bracelets for my kids. They have pertinent medical information engraved on the back and a toll free # to call for medical and contact information (phone numbers of parents and doctors, medical and insurance info, etc). They now have several different sportbands, bracelets and necklaces to choose from.

Ditto Trina,I thought the same thing, they are cute.I'd be afraid that they'd look like costume jewerly and important information missed and it could mean the difference between life/death.It's scary when your not with your children and having to depend on a bracelet/necklace to help them in an emergency.I'd advice to stick with the original Medic Alert also, they are easier to notice on people.

Actually Tripletmom, MedicAlert.org does have cute beaded bracelets (example below), but the difference is they provide a service that enables people (teachers, police officers, EMTs, etc.) quick access to important information in the event of an emergency.
