Well ladies I'm off tomorrow to have my tubal. My baby turned three last month and i'm content with the two that I have. I am a little nervous, well a lot just knowing that I was going in this morning for blood work ( 1 day away from surgery) made my stomach so nervous I was in the bathroom all night. My boyfriend ( who is my son's father) he says I watch too much tv, because I'm worried about surgery awareness what if they put me under but not under?)I'm going alone he will pick me up when I call he couldnt' get out of work, nor could my aunt so I will be alone thats something else I'm scared of.

Ugh, I know just how you feel, I had surgery last month and I was frightened as well. The good news is everything went just fine. I'm sorry you have to go on your own, DH came with me and was with me right up until I went into the operating room, however, the nurses there knew I was very nervous um well because I was crying so they were all very gentle with me. If you are really nervous they might even give you something to calm your nerves.

I just had a tubal two months ago and it went great. It was the day after giving birth to our fourth baby. I was nervous also. It was the first time I was knocked out. I don't remember anything about it though which is good. I was talking to the person giving me the medicine and the next thing I know I was waking up. The only thing that bothered me is my throat was a little sore from the tube. The incision is really small and my stomach muscles were a little sore, but most of that was probably from giving birth. I am really glad I did it though. It is like pregnant sex all the time (when you are pregnant you don't have to worry about getting pregnant). Good luck. I am sure that everything will go just fine.
