Have I got a deal for you!!!!

You come to my house and my family and I will take over your house!

Any takers????

By Kate on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 - 11:10 pm:

Nope.

Never.

Very sorry to hear of your whiteness. Very sorry indeed. :(

By Tsa on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 - 11:15 pm:

YOU BET!!!!! We live in a very nice little town in Minnesota. We have all kinds of fun things to do. I will even arrange a cook and cleaning lady if need be. We really need snow.

By Marcia on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 12:23 am:

I have had a snowy Christmas each of the 42 years of my life. It looks like this one is going to be my first without snow, and I can live with that!! :)

By Karen~admin on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 07:33 am:

I'm on my way!!!!!!!!

(That sound you just heard was my tires peeling out! LOL)

By Dawnk777 on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 08:12 am:

Wow, British Columbia always looks so pretty to me! We are going to have a green Christmas here, but I think I want to stay by my family! We have had snow, so I'm good.

By Cat on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 08:28 am:

We're going to have our own, thank you very much! :) They're calling for 8-12" today and 5-8" more tonight. The local news station said they have three pages of closures--the most they've had in years. Winds are 20-35mph and we're under either a blizzard warning or winter storm warning (we're about at the line dividing the two) until noon tomorrow. Randy's choir concert was canceled last night because they weren't sure when the snow was going to start and Robin's was supposed to be tonight. We have our karate pot-luck/demo tomorrow night (probably will be canceled). But at least we'll have a white Christmas. :)

By Tonya on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 08:48 am:

I want snow. Please send it my way please please please!! We are going to be green all the way and it is going to be 54 today and sunny!! Crazy Michigan weather!

By Yjja123 on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 08:57 am:

For an hour...maybe. I think snow is beautiful BUT I do not miss shoveling it, driving in it and most of all dressing for it. It is in the 80's today and I love it :) My parents (in NY) think warm weather in December is horrible and un-Christmas like. That may be but I like this time of year best. It cools off into the 60's at night here. I will try to send some sunshine your way!
Happy Holidays!

By Cat on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 09:14 am:

Okay, now I'm getting annoyed. Our gas grill blew over so I had to get it back up. It'll probably blow over again, but I don't think I can move it anywhere where it won't. The cover of our fire pit blew off. That I can take care of. We have a container we keep balls in that's over in the corner of our fenced in yard, but if I don't go get it I'm sure it'll be gone soon. The Little Tikes cars in the back yard are blowing everywhere. The Little Tikes cube (small one) blew over. I'm hoping the trampoline doesn't blow away! Winds are now 30-45mph (in town, I'm sure they're at least 50mph if not higher out here). This is ridiculous! Snow, but stop blowing!!! I can't see the next street over! I can see the neighbor's house across the street (and their Christmas decorations are going to blow away if they don't get out there and get them in!) but come on. Enough already! Well, I'm off to bundle up and get some things behind the storage fence--if I can. I'm about ready to give away this white Christmas!

By Dawnk777 on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 09:56 am:

Yikes, Cat! That's big stuff, that's being tossed around like toys!

By Bellajoe on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 10:47 am:

wow Cat, that's crazy!

We are going to have a green Christmas, and I am bummed about that. I just wish it would snow Christma Eve and melt the day after Christmas. Seeing the grass on Christmas just does not seem right to me.
But I definitely do not want the weather that Cat is havig.

By Melanie on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 11:01 am:

Yikes, Cat!! I hope that wind dies down very soon!!

We will definitely have a white Christmas, and I love it! Of course, we have to drive 250 miles to get to it, but afterwards we get to leave it behind and come back to the green. The drive is worth it! :)

By Wandilu on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 01:43 pm:

I would LOVE to have a white Christmas!!!! Heck,I would be happy if the weather would just GET COLD !!It's been in the high 60's to low 70's,and some days even higher!! They said it's going to drop some this week, and very slight chance of possible snow flurry's Christmas Day.I'm good with that.Even some flurries is better than NONE !!

By Cocoabutter on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - 02:45 pm:

We're in Michigan, and last week I saw a gal outside walking in shorts and a t-shirt! In the middle of December!

We are not expected to get any snow until Christmas night. I'll take some of your snow (but just a little! :))
