Is Anyone Else's Text Bigger??

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive July 2006: Is Anyone Else's Text Bigger??
By Hol on Saturday, July 22, 2006 - 02:48 pm:

For some reason, when I logged on this morning, the text on the MV board is much bigger and easier to read. To my knowledge, I didn't do anything different, and DS said he didn't either.
I'm not complaining, mind you. It's much more comfortable on the eyes. I just wondered if the mooderators changed the font?

Mine is the same as usual. I'm not sure why your's is that way. If it's easier to read, I would just leave it like that. :)

If you want to change the size of text, go into View, Text Size, to change your individual view. The moderators didn't change anything.

Sometimes, for no known reason, my text will be smaller or bigger. To set it to a size you are comfortable with, you go to View on the toolbar while logged on to the internet, then select "Text Size" and choose whichever size you prefer. Mine is set on Medium by default. When it looks bigger or smaller, and I go to this place, the text is usually set on a different setting for some reason.

Oops! We were typing at the same time, Ginny! Sorry!

No need to be sorry for being helpful. You know what they say - great minds run in the same channels. :-)

I used to have this happen. Turns out I was unknowingly hitting the control button (maybe leaning on the keyboard a bit) and using the scroll button on the mouse at the same time.

ctrl & scroll will fix the problem as well.

Wow, Dawn! That is so cool! I never knew that, so I tried it, and it worked!

Hey, Dawn, I didn't know I could do that, either! Can you see us all making our text bigger and smaller? LOL!
