I'm sitting here patiently waiting for 4:00 p.m. to get here (like a little kid), then I'm off on vaction for a week. We are heading to our cabin in the woods (Atlanta, MI). It is very remote, no electric or water but we do have a generator for when we really need it. There is a state park about four miles away that we go to daily (beautiful spring fed lake) and it has a campground so we can take showers. My sister bought a paddle boat so that should be fun and we have four wheelers for the woods. I just like to kick back and relax. Stopped at Walmart this morning and got a romance novel so I'm all set.

Have fun!!! My mom has a good friend that lives in Gaylord that we stopped and visited last year when we were in MI. That's a really nice area (I'd been there many times as a child, but didn't remember much about the area except for the trees we'd fly by on my mom's friends dh's motorcycle! lol). Check in when you get back.
