Are you out there lurking? I haven't seen you posting much lately and wondered how you were doing? Are the boys just keeping you busy?

Is anyone else in contact with her, off-list? If so, let her know we miss her!

Hey Cori!!!!

Thanks for asking about me, you're so sweet. I've been around, just trying not to spend so much time on the computer these days. The weather has been so nice here and I've been trying to use nap time to workout. DH bought me a beautiful Iron Man Spinning Bike a few months ago and came home this week with the matching bench.I swear he is going to get the "Husband of the Year Award". He gets up with the munchies in the morning, changes diapers, gets them dressed and fed and lets me sleep in and makes me breakfast on the weekends! He's even went out and bought me some clothes.

I've had some health concerns lately which have kept me a bit preoccupied as well. I hate worrying. Since I've stopped nursing my period has returned, however about a week before my period actually starts I have to pee about a hundred times a day and once my period starts the peeing continues. I thought that perhaps my bladder had dropped from having babies but then I saw a news report that said that there is a link between GI upset (I have reflux) and Ovarian Cancer so I was in a bit of a panic did some research and went to see my doc. He scheduled me for a Barium Enema X-ray (no picnic, let me tell you) and a trans V ultrasound which I haven't had yet. I also had my sternum X-rayed as I have had chest pain for the past year on and off but couldn't do anything about it as I was pregnant. He's pretty sure it's not my Heart as am I as I can Spin and workout with no problems. He actually thought the chest pain might be due to my breast size, I have a consult with a plastic surgeon to see if I'm covered for a breast reduction in July so I'll ask him about that. I saw the post about your Mom, glad to hear her doctor is taking it seriously and she is having some tests done. ((((HUGS))))

The boys are doing great. Matthew is starting to put more words together which is so great to hear and he is really starting to use his imagination a lot more. I put a tent in his bedroom in hopes that he would play in his room on the weekends until at least 7:30 so DH and I could sleep in a bit more. Now he sleeps in there all the time. Matthew adores the washing machine and dryer. Every time we leave the laundry room he has to kiss each machine and say "bye, bye sheeen". It's weird but cute. LOL

Cameron is such a cuddly bear, he is such a big baby. He and Matthew wear the same size diapers and Cameron is only 10 months old. Matthew weighs about 35 lbs and I think Cameron is about 30 lbs. I put him in a pair of 18 month pyjamas last night which Matthew wore well into his first year. He just got his first two bottom teeth. Have yet to get a picture of that. He's doing the army crawl now so he's a busy boy, not to mention a dirty boy. I was thinking I should just attach a Swifer to his tummy and let him pick-up all the dog hair.

I'm off to Minneapolis this weekend for 4 days for a medical conference. Leaving my babies alone with DH for the first time. YIKES! I wish I could give all the Moms here my phone number and you could each call DH and say "Okay, don't leave any sharp knives on the counter and DON'T leave the children alone while they are eating". I feel like a broken record. Maybe I should record that sentence on a CD and set it on repeat for 4 days. I'm going to try not to worry. I'm also going to try and hook-up with Groovey Pickle not sure if you remember her, she was a member here for a short time and has a baby about the same age as Cameron. At the very least I'll get my baby fix in.

I'll try and post some photos this week before I go. Thanks again for asking about me. :)

Cori

I'm so glad to hear that things are good with the boys and that you're taking care of yourself. I'm sure all the medical issues are weighing on your mind. It's so hard to deal with the unknown, especially when it's your body! Please let us know when the tests have been completed. We'll either celebrate that everything has been figured out or we can support you through whatever treatment is necessary.

I hope you will post some pics of you and your menfolk. It's been awhile since we've seen them and I'm sure they've changed. Good luck with your time away. I'm sure your DH will do fine but I can completely understand your worries. NO ONE can do quite as good of a job with our kids as we can, right?

Thanks for letting me know how you're doing. It's good to hear from you. {{{Cori}}}

It *is* good to hear from you Heaven! I was also wondering about you, but figured you were pretty busy with life and those cute boys. Glad to hear that all is well. :)
