My husband and I will be looking at some homes tomorrow and on one to the homes, the lot is described as "greenbelt". What does that mean?
Is it good or bad for value? I've never heard of a "greenbelt lot"?

Anyone??

That is excellent for a lot. It means it is adjacent to open space where nothing can ever be built.

Yes, it is great. Most of the time, there are lots of trees. We lived on one once, it was nice not having any back neighbors.
