Someone mentioned your tile floors and you said that they were actually laminate. I'm thinking of going all laminate on our main level. What did you guys get? Did you install it yourselves? You can email me if you'd like or answer here... heidi henkel at hot mail dot com

Heidi- I'm trying to reply to you, but for some reason can't get my emails to go out. They're upgrading our broadband this week and that might be the problem. I'll try again, and if not, I'll post everything here for you! :)

I got the 2 emails you sent. Were you trying to send more? I wanted to know, on their website, which one you chose. And, who installed it for you.

Yes, I was replying again. My email still isn't working so here was my email response and some pictures for you. :)

Okay, since you found the website, I found our exact floor.
http://www.mannington.com/residential/floorfinder/main.asp
This is the link to our floor through the Floor Finder. If you click on "You
may also click here to view your results", our floor should pop-up. If it
doesn't though, it's #38011, Canyon Sunstone, in the Natureform Collection.
I remember we also considered Austrian Slate Pacific Pearl38020(smaller
squares), Jerusalem Stone Adobe38040, and Burmese Slate Prairie Beige 38000.I have the book right in front of me, LOL!

I bought ours at a smaller, family-owned flooring place, so I'm not sure
about Lowe's or Home Depot. I never even checked there, just went to flooring places, so you might get a better deal at one of those places, too.I know what you mean about Connor falling. It would be the same with dropping something...on ceramic if it's breakable, it's toast! I've dropped everything on it and it's never broken. It IS slippery for the dogs
toenails, but I think all laminate is. I really like ceramic tile, too, but don't have any unfortunately. I'd like it in the bathrooms though.
Here are some pictures:

I hope that helps!

My email is up and running again, too, Heidi, so if you need anything else you can email me anytime. :)
