There are so many different tasks and responsibilities involved when you’re a mother. From the time we get up in the morning and make breakfast for everyone to getting everyone’s pyjamas on and kissing them goodnight. There are a hundred tasks in between those times that people forget a mom does. I love the fact that another person is not the one caring for my kids and it is me that picks them up when they are hurt or blows them kisses and waves to them as they ride away on the bus to school. There is no greater feeling than when they get home from school, having them run to me to give me a kiss and tell me about their day. I consider myself very lucky to be able to work from home and still be able to do all of those things. My “job” is rewarding and my chosen path of being a mother is even more so.
