any of yall bake with splenda? I have made a cobbler that turned out okay, but that is about it. Anyway, my hubby has a family favorite traditional pound cake they have for the holidays. My hubby has given up sugar completely now for 6 months. His blood sugar is great. But I was thinking for turkey day maybe I could make his cake with splenda...but just hoped someone else had used it and had good things to say about it!
