The community college has evening and weekend courses on things like "Learn to play bridge" or cooking classes, etc. They had an ad saying that if you were an expert on something and wanted to teach to call them. Everyone keeps telling me I should teach a class about using coupons, rebates, etc to save on your grocery bill so I called them. They are very interested! They said that is a new idea for a class and they think it would be really fun and people in the community would be interested. I just need to send a letter explaining my "expertise" and as long as it gets approved by the coordinator they will contact me with dates and times to hold a class. I am really excited. It was a major confidence booster that they liked my idea, I've been trying to do more, talk less here lately. I hope it ends up really happening I think it would be a lot of fun!
