We had a great inspection! The buyer is requesting that a few VERY minor (and irritating) things be repaired, but nothing major at all. We are SO EXCITED!!! It's been such a relief to get through the inspection.

Now we have to find a place to live, and pretty quickly. We're spending Saturday viewing homes, and hopefully we find at least a couple that are worth buying. There honestly isn't that much in our price range in our new town, but what's there looks promising. There's one in-particular that just looks and sounds so perfect for us, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that one. I'm a little overwhelmed right now thinking about making moving preparations - we've never done this before! The last time we moved, 9 years ago, we had very little. Now, our ATTIC itself is a move (7 years worth of teaching stuff, 4 years of baby stuff, plus the misc that normally goes in an attic!) We've kept every single baby item, just because it's such nice stuff, until DH gets the cords clipped, LOL.

Anyway, excited, relieved, and my head is spinning already. Overall though - YAY!!!!!!

We have a full day on Saturday looking at homes. DH is going to do the repairs probably next weekend. We're anxious to see all the homes we've selected and get started on all the discussion!
