I need to vent......

Oh my !! Has it been almost 2 years !! Lawyers can be maddening!! When I got my divorce, I went to the court house like I was instructed, only to find out that my my soon-to-be x had not even been served his papers !!!!!!!!! Took 30 more days !!

Thanks everyone The kids are good. The little ones go to his place every other weekend (well, it's supposed to be that way). They have a good time when they are there, hate her cooking and love coming home.
I hate that they go but I really do need the downtime.
He is supposed to take them for half of the summer but I don't see that happening; from them or him. One dd has cheer practice two ams a week and then ds is having his surgery. He is taking the girls the weekend of ds's surgery, on his off-weekend but not without a hassle.
Anyway, thanks for listening.

I can't wait to move on myself. My court date is in November and I really don't think things will be finalized at that time. We have been seperated for 1 yr. And now waiting 6 mos on court date?? ugh
