Do you go? What is your favorite service? I am going this weekend and am booking services. I typically just do a massage and a pedi. But was curious about all the scrubs and wraps. Anyone have any must do suggestions?

I have had a mud wrap a couple of times. It was nice, but if you're chlosterphobic (sp?) don't do it. After they give a light massage and mud you, they wrap you tightly in blankets and you lay like that for a while. I really liked it, but would just prefer to do a massage. I also don't think you see any changes in your skin unless you repeatedly do it and get on a schedule.

I really love doing a steam before a massage - it's so wonderful IMO! Relaxes you before the massage so much.

Outside of the massage though, I love, love, love facials. LOVE! Massage and facial are my favorites by far. I've gotten away from the massages because my girl moved away and I've not found anyone I loved as much as her!

I never feel like the pedi is worth the $$, but just a personal preference. My feet look just as good when I do them myself, and I have so many pedi products at home I just prefer it. (I love Beauticontrol foot stuff.)

I am not a big spa person, most of the facials, etc, I do myself. I have had them at spa's before, but I prefer to do it myself. My one vice at a spa (aside from my hair when it grows back) though, is I get my eyelashes dyed. I hate wearing mascara, and if I don't, I am so fair it looks like I have no lashes at all. It's a vegetable dye, and it's safe and it looks so natural and way better than any mascara.

hate any kind of wraps, way too claustraphobic. but i love the various scrubs offered.

I really enjoy getting pedicures. I always ask for gift certificates for them for my birthday. The foot massage makes my feet feel like heaven. I like my toenails painted in a "french manicure", and it always looks so nice when the lady at the salon does it.

I haven't ever had any wraps or anything, but I tend to panic if I feel restricted, so I don't think they would work out for me, lol.

I would love to do a facial.

I really think pedis ARE worth it, they always last longer and look better than home pedis, IMHO. I have had one massage and facial, and can't wait to do it again, my skin felt amazing, I got great tips on caring for it, and the massage was WONDERFUL!!

Well I booked my services. I am having an "eygptian pedicure" with involves the standard stuff plus some sort of detoxing reflexology. It last 2 hours, it should be heaven. I am also getting a massage and a facial. I can't wait!

I totally agree that spa pedis last longer. I splurge on them 3-4 times a year at most, but I can really tell the difference from when I go to the cheaper nail place up the street.

I haven't gotten a massage from a spa but do get them from another place when stress is getting bad. Sooo relaxing :) And I got my first facial this past winter when my sister gave me a gift certificate for the woman at my dermatologist's office. I'm sold- it was wonderful.
