does anyone have one and if so can you try to figure out why my battery won't charge...i've had it for a few years now but i haven't used it in probably a year? I was going to pass it down to my son but i finally found the charger and plugged it in correctly and i can't get it to charge.The website says it should have a red sensor but the sensor isn't even on yet?Thanks Brandy

Maybe the battery just isn't any good anymore. I've had to replace batteries when they got to that point, and I had to on my Kodak.
Or....could the charger be broken? Now that I think about it, when my batteries needed to be replaced, the red charging light still came on. They just wouldn't hold a charge. Did you try another outlet?
