Hey there everyone, hope you all are staying warm and dry whereever you are. We had some HORRIBLE rain this morning, our streets even had some standing water in my area but it seems to have passed and all is well again.

I'm doing pretty good, I went on Monday and talked to the human resources director at the hospital and she got busy trying to find me another position. I have a 9:00 tomorrow morning interview for a unit clerk position on nights, fingers crossed because this would be ideal. Not much of a pay cut and still the hours I love to have.

This weekend I'm spending the weekend with my new friend Jason, he's been great throughout this whole mess and finally this weekend he arranged it so he'd be home for the weekend. We're both very excited and anticipating a great weekend. (He drives a truck and only makes it home about once a month here to Houston).

I filed my taxes at HR Block on Wednesday and had my check on Thursday, this is a HUGE help right now since I've been out of work. Brendan's birthday is next Saturday so this is going to help pay for his party along with a couple bills that have been neglected.

All in all I'm doing MUCH better than I was 2 weeks ago, or even last week this time. My time of feeling sick gets less and less each day and the past two days or so I havent felt it at all!
