Personal Question

Okay about 6 months ago I went through a time that I was having really heavy periods and cramping which I never have (I talked to my dr and she said that the heaviness might be just my body changing but if it got out of control or I felt it was too much to call her back)... Then I guess it was last month I didn't have a period to speak of, I spotted (extremely light) for maybe a day. And I had the same thing this month. I am only 32, and I know I am not pregnant (had a pregnancy test done at the end of Dec and haven't had a chance to have sex since then(which sucks) with all of our company and the trip this weekend). I have not changed my bcp in 2 or 3 years so I don't think it is that.

Has anyone had a similar experience I would appreciate any info. My dr is on vacation so I have to wait until next week to go in or talk to her. I won't go in to see her associate because he gives me the creeps!

Oh gosh, it could be so many things, and even a combination of things. I'm been dealing with female issues myself. You really need to go see your GYN. {{{HUGS}}}

Lots of hugs. It could be that your body has adjusted to the bcps and you need to change them. I found that if I was on the same BC for too long I started to go haywire (as you describe above).
Check into the BC options out there and think about trying a pill change - one with more or less or different hormone than the one you are on. Then talk it over with your doctor.
Good Luck
