Do you know if the 'Stiffel' brand is good? Are they going to tarnish being solid brass?

Does anyone know that brass cleaner that is supposed to be so wonderful where you merely dip the candlesticks in it and let it sit a moment and then wipe and voila, bright shiny brass emerges?? Some housewife invented it I know....

I can't imagine brass not tarnishing. A lot of brass is or used to be lacquered, which means it won't tarnish as long as the lacquer surface is intact, but with any scratch you run the risk of tarnish.
