And the no call list doesn't cover random callings, I guess. There is a list of exceptions to the rule on the no call website.

thats too funny! I know someone that will take all of the junk mail that comes with the prepaid return envelope and stick all kinds of trash or what ever is laying around and mail it to the company. They sent trash so why shouldn't the recieve it back.
