well it finally got accepted not the amount we wanted but they just didn't want to go with what we wanted so therefore we are paying a little more but for the space it's totally worth it.Thanks for the prayers and positive thoughts now we need some more because of the inspection hopefully it goes through without any hassles.Thanks again.

Okay the inspection went okay i guess.We found out that we needed some items fixed in the basement so they have agreed to pay for those.We should hopefully close on April 1st if not sooner.

We are a week away from closing and hopefully it everything get's done on time.We need to get insurance quotes and another appraisal done since it appraised for more than we are paying for it which is good.So still wish us luck.Also we need the title work redone with the correct information on it they had the last price on it.
