I lost 2 pounds but I wonder at what point do you really consider it weight loss and not water loss? I'll feel better when it's at least 5.

Two pounds is two pounds! Are you drinking lots of water? Your body retains water when you're not drinking enough. I know that seems backwards, but if you're not drinking enough water your body keeps what it gets because it's afraid it won't get any more. Our bodies are quite smart. They'll do the same with food. That's why low calorie diets don't work. They throw your body into starvation mode and it hangs onto every calorie it can because it's afraid it won't get another meal for while.

Keep drinking your water, eating healthy and moving and you'll be at that 5lbs before you know it! :)

Oh I have been drinking a lot of water! I enjoy it and I got this mug that makes it easy to mindlessly drink the water. I did a different ab workout yesterday and I am sore, so I'm taking that as a good sign!
