My mother-in-law knows I am doing Weight Watchers and is very supportive, she wants to buy me Alli for my birthday but I don't know anyone who has taken it personally. I am doing real well counting points and staying within my daily range, I have been eating low cal/low fat since 01/01/08. The Alli web site says you can lose 25% more fat from your diet using their product along with WW but you still have to follow the Alli diet...I want to know what these things are, the difference's between Alli and WW diets.
