You can do it, Brandy!!!

I stayed the same. I am still at 153, 11 lbs to go. BUT, my jeans are fitting so much better, so I know I am loosing inches, even if I am not loosing pounds!

I have exercised 45 minutes each day this week, so far. I am doing strength training today, and cardio tomorrow.

I am mad at myself for not exercising this week, but I am on my way now to borrow a mini trampoline. Has anyone tried this method before? And how did it work? I am excited. I would love input on how much jumping a beginner should do. I don't know anything about this, but I'm willing to learn. I weighed 158.5. I lost 1/2 a pound but that isn't a gain, so I will take it. Still going strong on WW, still counting points and making better choices. Ok, I am ready to LOSE now...someone tell my body ok? lol
