So i need some motivation from all of you to get my butt going again i haven't fallen off of the eating wagon or the water drinking one for that matter lol.I just need pushed extra hard to the gym.And when i get there i need help going so maybe we need a challenge or something well for me anyways = ) okay here's my challenge to work up to 30 minutes on the elliptical machine by the beginning of March going at 1 resistance and then the next goal or challenge will be for me to go to resistance 2 for 30 minutes and so on.

Brandy,
First of all, you have done a great job! Just think long term here. You are trying to change your lifesyle and take better care of yourself. You've done that! Even if you get just a little exercise a few times a week, that's much better than NO exercise! You get up and get dressed and go to the gym, and I am so proud of you for that! I could not get it together to do that! (And I only have one child! LOL!)

Just keep on going, girl! You can do it! Can you take a class? Something fun that will get your heart rate up and be a change? Maybe something that uses some light weights in the routine? Maybe a new workout outfit? A new video to do at home when you can't make it to the gym? Do something for yourself today, because you deserve it!

You really are doing so great! You can do this! :)

Oh Brandy, hang in there. Eve is so right, making lifestyle changes is hard. It takes a long time for something to be a habit. You are doing great. Just don't push yourself too hard. It takes time. I heard on some fitness show that the main reason people give up exercise is that they push too hard and get frustrated. I think it is a great that you are setting goals for yourself. Make sure you reward yourself when you accomplish them(not with food though)

Just remember. It is your choice - YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Good luck Brandy. That sounds like a good challenge to start with. I've read your previous posts and you've done so well so far! Keep it up! You can do it!
