Everyone Poop's...Right?

Moms View Message Board: Parenting Discussion: Everyone Poop's...Right?

But did she have to do it on the CARPET???? Yes, the carpet. Not only did she poop on the carpet but she poop on the carpet, behind her CLOSED bedroom door.
She was supposed to be taking her nap when I heard MOMMY I POOP. I go running up there, open her door and I smear poop into the carpet. LOVELY!!!
I cleaned up what I could but that wasn't much since it was smeared in the carpet. I called Stanley Steamer to see when they can get someone out to my house. They will be here in one hour, thank goodness.
What a day! She has been up since 5 this morning and hasn't had a nap. at least I will have clean carpets. LOL

OH MAAAN! Wouldn't it be nice if they said "mommy i poop" BEFORE they pooped?

I'm glad Stanley Steamer is coming so quickly! That's great service!

I used to babysit a little girl who pooped in her crib after her afternoon nap.

My son was confused when he was 4 and we got our dog. He didn't get why the dog can go outside, the cat goes in the box and the babies go in their diapers, so why does HE have to go on the toilet????

Oh no, Andi! Yuck! I'm glad the carpet people could come so fast! Jasmine had an accident on the carpet last week. She had gotten into some raisins and I wonder if that's why it was a little bit softer then usual. DH got a rug doctor and did it himself, in the morning. We found the mess, too late at night, to have gotten anyone to do it for us. He got the Rug Doctor, in the morning.

(I know raisins aren't good for dogs. I don't think she got that many, since she is fine and this was Friday night.)

Oh no!! What a day! Haven't experienced that one yet, but I'm sure it will happen at some point. Glad the carpet people came so soon!

This is one of the disgusting things I deal with, with my 11 year old. She is still in diapers, and sometimes takes her diaper off and smears. There's nothing quite like adult sized poop smeared all across a bedroom. At least yesterday's smear was just on herself and one shirt, and that was the first time she's done it in months. She wears backwards sleepers, and can still find her way in if she wants to.
Anyway, all of that to say I understand!!

I'm so sorry, Marcia. That doesn't sound like fun, either.

By Andi on Thursday, October 5, 2006 - 11:08 pm:

Okay Marcia you win. I'll take Poop in the carpet from a 2 year old Vs adult size poop smeared all over the room anyday.

:)Marcia, you are an angel!:)

Our floor is all clean and Taylor is in bed sound asleep, but not before she decided to pee on the couch.LOL

The couch is washed the carpets are clean and now it's almost time for Thursday Night TV and McDreamy. :)
Tomorrow is another day.

M son was given some apple juice by my aunt and it made him go all day long, finally he had an accident that night ( couldn't make it to the bathroom in time) and some got on the carpet in his room. It was last I cleaned it up and the next day bought some Kids and PETS stain and odor remover from kmarts. I put it in my steam machine and it did more then what I expected there was a cocoa spill that had been there for about a month or two, it removed it. So it's back to the store for me tomorrow to get some more of this and use it in the whole house.

Andi I'm glad you where able to get them out so quickly, thats what I call service.

Marcia, I've been there caring for both grandmother and mother before there deaths. No it's not always easy,my hat off to you.
