Hi ladies -
I've only told one friend - but my dh and I are ttc. We've only on the first month - but I'll be 35 soon and am nervous that it will take forever now that we are ready. Our son will be 3 in Sept. I think I am more stressed now than I was trying for #1 - which only took 1 try. I guess now that I have a child - I know what is at stake and what it all means. Anyway, any positive thoughts and wishes you can send our way would be much appreciated.

I agree with Annie. Don't try too hard! Stress can hinder conception. Just have fun and let the birds and bees take care of the rest.

BTW, at 38 I wanted to try to have my first baby. I had raised and adopted my dh's 3 boys (their birth mother disappeared for 6 yrs). Dr told me that she would let me try for a year then send me for testing and the such. I was pregnant in 4 months. Don't stress over it. It makes it harder when you're stressed. Be happy with your current life, don't put any barriers in the way. And have fun ttc. By the way, make sure dh isn't taking hot baths before.
