My little monkey, the 5 year old, was supposed to finish eating his soup. I gave him some butternut squash soup from Trader Joe's and added the croutons on top. As I'm going about doing 100 things, I hear him singing," I wiiiiiiiiish my daddy mare eeeeeeeeed a better coooooooook."

Yeah. Maybe I'll tell dh's "other wife" to make dinner tonight. LOL

Butternut squash soup from Trader Joe's. Would that be Wolfgang Puck's butternut squash soup? Your kiddo doesn't like butternut squash soup? LOL! Tell him I'll eat it for him and you just make him a grilled cheese sandwich!

I LOVE butternut squash soup and especially Wolfgang Puck's. (Unfortunately, Trader Joe's is about 45-50 minutes away.)

I did end up making dinner that night. (Yeah, he's lucky. lol)

I'm not sure if it's the Wolfgang Puck's Soup, but it's YUMMY! He's had it before at Grandma's, though I think he eats it there because somehow food is more special at Grandma's.

I've since given him muffins and hot chocolate so he's loving my cooking now! lol
