Yes u can get free seeds!
I have already started my tomato and eggplant seeds. We r expanding our garden this year.
I have been lucky to get some free seeds this year from www.wintersown.org and thru seed swaps.
When I began my search for free seeds, I went to the Urban Sustainable Living site and did a search there.
You can also get free Milkweed seeds if u r interested in attracting Monarch Butterflies.

How great - all these resources- excited to get started.
Recd two packages of free seeds today in the mail! Half veggies and half flowers. One from Wintersown.org and the other from DinnerGarden.org.
If I knew they would be seeding so many, I could have cut back on what I bought from seed companies.
Probably going to have to do a seed swap at Blossomswap.com or somewhere!
So much fun and such a stress reliever I think.
