I haven't thought about tuna casserole in ages. I made it tonight with leftover pasta and cr. of chicken soup with peas and bread crumbs on top. I told the kids it was "Macaroni Madness". The are eating it!

This is how I make Tuna Casserole, and the kids who aren't as fond of tuna love the cheese. :-) These amounts make enough for my whole mob, so you might want to make half(?) of it?

Boil 1 lb. of macaroni till barely done;
rinse in cold water; drain.

In a large casserole, combine macaroni,
5 (6 1/8 oz.) cans of drained tuna,
2 cans of Cheddar Cheese (or Mushroom) soup,
one soup can of milk,
3-4 cups (12-16 oz.) of shredded cheddar cheese.
Stir.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.
-OR-
Microwave at full power for 10 min., then half power for 20 min.
