Moms View Message Board: Cooking and Recipe Discussion: Beef/Veal: Pressure cooker?
My mom used to use one. I always thought they were dangerous, but beef came out so very tender. Does anyone use them anymore? Any recipes? What kind do you have?
I'm at work now so don't have recipes handy. My mom swore by her pressure cooker, and I have used it at times also. Yes, if not used properly they can be dangerous. I'll see what I can find in terms of recipes and other info.
