Egg Rolls

1 pkg Egg Roll Wraps
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Water
1 bag Coleslaw Mix
1 can Bean Sprouts
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 lb Beef, Pork, or Shrimp (diced)
1 sm Onion (diced)
1 Tbsp Oil
1-1/2 cups Oil (for frying)

Brown meat in soysauce and 1 tbs. of oil, and set aside. Mix coleslaw mix, bean sprouts, salt, pepper, and then the meat mixture together in a large bowl.

Then separate an egg roll wrap from the stack...Lay it like a diamond with a corner toward you. Then take a small handful of your mix and lay it in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Turn the bottom corner up, then the sides inward and roll it up. All of this is in fashioned much like a diaper.

Mix your 2 tbs. of water and 1 egg. This is how the the egg roll is sealed.
Just dab a little on the egdes.

Cook in a frying pan in oil over medium low heat until brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with soy sauce, ducksauce, or sweet and sour sauce.

Commnet: I personally guarantee that these will be a hit in any crowd. Makes 40...
