1 pkg. Sugar Cookie Roll 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sour cream (no fat) 1 T. vanilla extract 1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. sliced strawberries 1/3 c. blueberries 1/3 c. sliced kiwi 1/4 c. mandarin orange sections Spread cookie roll to fill large, lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top of cheese. Slice and serve.
