Venison

I received 20 lbs of venison which I have to cook because it was already frozen. Any suggestions. I have some ground which I can make into meatloaf and some steaks.

This I tried last night and it was sooooo good. The family started out saying, "I'm not really hungry." (trying something new) But ended up cleaning the pan ^_^.
