Sweet Chili Pork Chops

4 Pork Chops (1 to 1-1/2-inch thick)
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
3/4 cup Orange Juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
5 Tbsp Honey
4 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Ground Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste

In a small glass bowl, whisk together chili powder, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, BBQ sauce, ground cumin.

Place chops in large glass baking dish and pierce meat on both sides with a fork. Pour honey-chili rub over the chops and turn chops to cover both sides with marinade. The chops need to marinate overnight turning chops occasionally.

Remove chops from marinade, letting the excess drip back into the baking dish. Season chops with salt and pepper. Brush the grill with cooking oil and lay pork chops on grill. Cook for about 20 minutes, about 10 minutes on each side. Turn frequently to avoid burning. Towards the end of the grilling time, baste chops with marinade and continue grilling. The pork and the potatoes absorb the dressing and it is scrumptious. Trust me!
