For those times when nothing but chocolate will do! This is a very easy recipe that uses ingredients you most likely have on hand. These are not attractive, so they're not really a company dish. Strictly for when you need chocolate NOW!! (It is also easy to halve the recipe if it's just you!)

CHOCOLATE FIX

4 TBS. of butter or margarine
1 TBS. baking cocoa
1 C confectioners sugar
1 tsp. milk
1/4 C creamy peanut butter

In a small saucepan, melt butter and remove from heat. Add cocoa and mix well. Stir in sugar. Add milk and stir until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls into wax paper, flattening tops and shaping into patties. Cool, or better yet, eat warm!
