EASY INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKES

14 vanilla wafers
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 can strawberry canned pie filling

Line muffin pans with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer in each cup. Set pans aside. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy; gradually add 2/3 cup sugar and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well.

Spoon mixture into liners filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Bea, you have sugar down twice, I'm assuming it's 2/3 c. sugar ???

Right. Sorry about that. It's too late to edit the recipe.
