CRAB CANAPE'S

2 oz. bread crumbs
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
½ c. sour cream
6 oz. crab meat or imitation crab meat
1 T. fresh parsley chopped
dash salt & freshly ground black pepper
crackers, paprika, parsley sprigs


In a medium heavy sauce pan over low heat, mix together bread crumbs, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat parsley, salt and pepper. Toss for about 10 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Spoon on to crackers. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and a small snip of parsley. Serve immediately.
