Looking for a good salmon recipe!

Does anyone have a tried and true recipe? I am thinking of trying a salmon stew with a cream base. Also, I would love to try something new that you love in your house!

I just like my fish broiled in oven. I put a little bit of seasoned salt (use your fav brand) on top. You can add butter if you want. Squirt fresh lemon on top. Broil til fish is flakey.

I served it with fresh steamed green beans. And brown rice. It was very very yummy and simple.

Eve I subscribe to Taste of Home magazine (all recipes-MY FAV!!) They have some recipes on their webpage Taste of Home, but it's kinda hard to search...BTDT! I found a site, All Recipes that you can search for lots of recipes. Good luck!

Salmon marinade:
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
marinate at least one hour in the refridgerator, then grill.

Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped fresh dill

Mix the ingredients and chill for an hour then serve over grilled fish.

Mmmmmmmm, these are so good. I LOVE Salmon or any kind of fish, for that matter.

Thank you! These look really good!

We do the above salmon recipe (Annie2's first one) but instead of lemon juice we use 1/4 cup orange juice, marinate for 20-30 minutes, brush with honey, top with bread crumbs and chopped pecans and bake til done. I got this a few years ago from BH&G.
