My husband loves chicken and i was trying to think up a good meal that me and my kids could present to there father on fathers day. I've lately been trying to dig out his favorite food and so far all we oculd get is chicken. So what is a good meal that goes with chicken~or what are didfferent types of chicken recipe's?

Why get fancy? Either good old fried chicken, mashed potatos, gravy, corn on the cob (since it is now in season), etc. or, if it doesn't rain (fat chance in my part of the country), potato salad and other stuff to eat outdoors. Or roasted chicken and whatever fixings you like with it. Unless your dh is a gourmet (like my ds who loves to cook), he probably prefers the tried and true and plain kinds of foods - most men do. You know, "like mom used to make".
