Caramel-Chocolate-Fondue

CARAMEL-CHOCOLATE-FONDUE

1 - 14 oz. can condensed milk
1 - 12 oz. jar caramel topping
1 - 12 oz. package chocolate chips
½ c. brandy or Kahlua
Fruit cut into chunks bananas, melon, pineapple, strawberries whole
¼ c. lemon juice
angel or pound cake cut into 1/2 inch squares


Combine milk, caramel and chocolate in saucepan. Melt and blend over low heat. Remove from heat and add liqueur. Serve in fondue pot or chafing dish over heat source. Toss fruit in lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Offer long picks or bamboo skewers to dip fruit and cake into sauce.
