Bananna Bread Recipe
from: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,194,146187-225206,00.html

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/8 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk, if needed to moisten bread
Cream butter, add sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately with buttermilk. Add vanilla and bananas and nuts. Bake in loaf pans (2 big pans or 4 small loaf pans). Bake at 350 degrees. When cake is done, cake will turn loose from side of pans.

NOTE: 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk may be used if needed so bread will be moist.
