HI I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN HELPME. MY PROBLEM IS I CAN NEVER MAKE MY CAKES LOOK HOW THEY SHOULD. IS THERE SOMETHING I AM DOING WRONG? CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME IF THERE IS A SECRET OUT THERE I DONT KNOW ABOUT. PLEASE HELP:)

ok tell us what u are doing and how ur bakin them what mixes ...give us some details and well walk u thru it ok ?how do they look when u cook thema nd how do u want them to look lol

If you are making from scratch and having problems with rising, let me know and I will give you the info to fix that. If you are having icing problems, always let the cakes cool fully, and ice them with the back of a spoon. Ice the sides first, and then put a big dallop of icing in the middle of the cakes, and work your way out. making a flat top when you get to the edges. Add icing as needed to prevent the icing from pulling up crumbs from the cake. I can't think of any other problems you could be having, but I'm really good at baking, so I'll try and help if you give me more info! HTH! :)
