Hi, My name is Beverley. I am a 49 year old mother of three and grandmother of a precious four year old. I love to take photos and scrapbook them. I love to bake and I collect recipes. I like to organize things. I play literati, which is Scrabble on yahoo all the time. I am starting to feel the empty nest because our youngest just started college. She lives at home but also has a job and a boyfriend so we don't get to see her much. My husband and I play Wahoo several times a week and even made our own Wahoo boards from oak.

Hope you enjoy it here - you'll find some empty nesters, and some, like me, with a grown kid who moved back "home". I'm still not sure, after 3 years, which is better - to have an empty nest or a grown child living at home. I love and like him dearly, but still ...

hi beverly! welcome to momsview. i like to take photos and collect recipes and cookbooks! have a nice large collection started lol i know what u mean about that empty nest feeling i have a daughter starting college in a near by town and tho were closer than we have been in along while she is still out of the house and on her own. so i miss her dearly. look forward to seeing you post and enjoying the friendships on here.
