Our cookies are baked and shipped the same day. To ensure the highest quality, we recommend that they are consumed within a week of receipt. Otherwise, they can be frozen to preserve their freshness. Our iced cookies from the NY bakery are about the size of your hand (approximately 4-5" tall, depending on cookie shape or design). The cookies from the OH bakery are approximately 3" in diameter and the cookies from the IL bakery are 4" in diameter (jumbo size).
